Ivan Parke is Associate Professor in the Department of Christian Studies and Philosophy at Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi (1998-Present). He has earned three degrees: Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) at Baylor University, Master of Divinity (Biblical Studies) at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Hebrew and Old Testament) at New Orleans Baptist Seminary.
Dr. Parke has served churches in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, and Mississippi as Pastor, Interim Pastor, or Minister of Youth. He and his family attend Morrison Heights Baptist Church in Clinton, Mississippi.
Dr. Parke has been married to the former Mary Ann Jones since 1990. They have two precious children, Anne Marie and Jonathan David. Ivan and Mary Ann serve their children as chauffeurs!
